Learning new things

Levi is getting so big these days.  He can now sit-up and just yesterday, he started getting up on his knees and rocking.  Crawling is not too far away and we're so excited.

Happy Birthday Daniel

Saturday, was my nephew Daniel's 7th birthday.  The kids and I made the drive down to Mt Shasta to help him celebrate.  It was a Star Wars party, complete with the music, cake, light sabers and of course, a pinata.

 The girl cousins, all the same age.  Jessa (16days younger than Lilly, Natalia (3mo older than Lilly) & Lilly.  It's so great when they can all get together because they always have so much fun.  Such silly fun girls.

To catch up

At the beginning of March, my mother had knee surgery.  She had a partial knee replacement and is doing really well.  We went and visited the 2nd day she was home and Levi, being the great baby he is, entertained her and even napped with her.  Awww!!

We had some really beautiful sunny days, which are now a thing of the past with the snow/rain that's hitting us lately.  It was so nice to hang out at the park with my three kids.  They had a great time playing in the sunshine, while we waited for different classes in the afternoon.

Comparison

Levi had his 6mo check-up on Tuesday and is doing fabulous.  He weighed in at 17lbs 13oz and is 27 3/4in tall.  I looked through both Tyson & Lilly's baby books to compare.  Looks like he's right in the middle.

 Last weekend we went to an archery shoot.  Our club hosts two shoots a year and this one we all went to, as a family. Usually Ted & Tyson just go since they're the only two archers in the family, but I'm glad we all went.  Tyson & Ted did really really well and when we got home, Lilly wanted to shoot Tyson's old bow.  Yeah!!  Maybe she'll want to shoot at the one in April and hopefully it'll be much warmer.
